The Kenzi | Roxbury | DREAM Collaborative
Another important project that opened recently in Roxbury is the Kenzi, which offers 50 units of affordable age-restricted living. The passive house building at 55 Bartlett Station Drive was designed by DREAM Collaborative. Today, the Kenzi is hailed as Boston’s first all-electric midrise, with the city’s first battery emergency backup system over four stories. Join members of DREAM and Preservation of Affordable Housing (POAH) for a tour of the Kenzi on June 6.
