Daviana Rodriguez Zamor

Daviana Rodriguez Zamora is a development associate assisting POAH’s development team with financing applications, proposals, construction and permanent loan conversions, organizational records, board resolutions and insurance certificates. She supports project teams with financial and quantitative analysis; tracks team expenses and manages reimbursements.

Prior to this role she was a POAH Community Impact Intern where she researched and established partnerships with external organizations to support new housing development projects, designed and implemented systems to streamline efficiency, and automated existing systems to improve accessibility.

Daviana holds a B.A degree in Urban Studies from Yale University.
