Tevin Johnson

Tevin Johnson is a Senior Real Estate Analyst at POAH, where he supports the organization's affordable housing pipeline through development finance analysis, financial modeling, and transaction execution. He works across the Acquisitions, Development, Finance, and Project Management teams to evaluate opportunities, support funding applications and closings, and facilitate the transition of projects from acquisition through development.

Tevin also helps strengthen POAH's underwriting and Development Finance platform by refining financial models, maintaining model review standards, tracking debt and equity market trends, and training project managers, associates, and interns on underwriting and modeling best practices. In addition, he contributes to cross-departmental initiatives focused on investment review, data excellence, development finance, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining POAH, Tevin was a real estate acquisitions analyst with Tiber Capital Group, where he underwrote Single-Family Rental (SFR) portfolios across the Sunbelt region. He previously served in the U.S. Navy as a cryptologic analyst.

Tevin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University Extension School and an Associate of Arts in Spanish from the Defense Language Institute.
