1164 Bladensburg

1164 Bladensburg is a 65-unit new construction, mid-rise development for seniors in Washington, DC. The property was developed in 2019 utilizing LIHTC equity, tax-exempt bonds and financing from DC’s Department of Housing and Community Development. Thirteen units of the property’s 65 units are set-aside for permanent supportive housing, receiving project-based rental subsidy through the Local Rent Supplement Program. The property boasts easy access to public transportation, including the H Street trolley, and a short walk to the National Arboretum, as well as shopping and dining retailers.

The property is currently managed by Residential One. POAH replaced the original Managing Member of the LIHTC partnership in October 2026. Enterprise Community Partners is the project’s LIHTC syndicator.
