Erica Petras

Erica Petras serves as POAH’s Treasury and Finance Associate, where she will focus on both treasury and accounting functions. She will play a key role in maintaining relationships with POAH’s various banking institutions and will assist the CFO and VP, Finance and Accounting with cash management by increasing treasury efficiencies.

Erica will improve and maintain processes over cash management, assist with bank reconciliations and processing payables as well as recording both corporate and development activity. She will also provide support for the annual property and corporate audits.

Before joining POAH, Erica served as the Compliance Analyst at Alegeus and Bluestone Bank. Erica has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry.

Erica is a graduate of Stonehill College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
